Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for October 14-30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Findlay, OH. Provider will see ages 12 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits, and some Occupational Medicine. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Occupational Medicine and Worker's Compensation experience is preferred, as is Ohio DEA and DOT Certification. Athena EMR experience is a plus!
