Overview:
Our family medicine clinic in Miami is seeking a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive, culturally competent primary care to a diverse patient population. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule within a collaborative, community-focused clinic.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $65–75 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams, including health histories, for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order, interpret, and act on diagnostic and laboratory tests
• Provide preventive care, wellness exams, and patient/family education on disease prevention and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate and coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Deliver culturally competent, bilingual care tailored to a diverse patient population
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice protocols

Qualifications:

• Active, current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensure in Florida
• Minimum 3 years of FNP experience, ideally in a diverse, urban, or community-based setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Must carry own malpractice insurance coverage
