Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for October 1, 2, 7, 8, & 9 at their Corporate Health Center in Latham, NY. Provider will see ages 2 and up for acute episodic care and ages 12 and up for Primary Care, annual physicals, and preventative care. Clinic offers a Patient Central Support call center, referrals, labs, allergy shots for ages 16+, immunizations, travel medicine, & biometric screens. Staffing model is one NP and one MA. Hours are Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; NY DEA and DOT Certification is preferred but is not required.
