SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Primary Care / Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Locums needed in Warroad, Minnesota (MN). The team is seeking coverage from January 18, 2027 through May 28, 2027. This Northern Minnesota role offers a competitive market rate, a four-day workweek, and Locums benefits.

42654 – Primary Care / Occupational Medicine APP (NP/PA) Locum Role:

• Coverage: January 18, 2027 – May 28, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care / Occupational Medicine
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Scope: Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Workers' Compensation
• Dispensing: On-site dispensary
• Onboarding: Required 2–4 hour shadow shift before the first scheduled shift; morning shadow preferred when available
• Location: Warroad, Minnesota in Northern Minnesota near the Canadian border

Requirements of the Primary Care / Occupational Medicine APP Role:

• Active, unrestricted Minnesota NP/PA license
• Board Certified NP or PA
• DOT Certification required
• DEA required
• Must provide availability for required shadow shift at submission
• CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)
