42654-APP (FNP/PA) Locums Role: Seeking three providers

· Shifts: M-T, Noon to 9p. Fridays - off

· Census: Ages 2 and up

Requirements of the Primary Care-Occupational Medicine Advanced Practitioner Role:

• MN state license; active, unrestricted with dispensing
• Board certified
• Certifications- BLS
• 2 years of experience
• DOT Certification
