Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for October 20, November 25, & December 8, 9, 11, & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Lakeland, FL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and Occupational Medicine (audiometry, drug testing, pre-employment & DOT physicals, and Worker's Comp evaluations & follow-up visits). Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 6:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, and 1 Saturday shift per month is 7:00am-12:00pm (December 19). Occasional Tuesday shifts are 6:00am-230pm (October 20). Client will also consider 4 10-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 7am-6pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. FL DEA, DOT Certification, and dispensing license are also required for this assignment, as is Occupational Medicine experience. Athena EMR experience is a plus.
