Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for November 2-30 at their Corporate Health center in Gilbert, AZ. Provider will see ages 3+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Detailed shift needs are November 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, & 30.
