Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting December 7-January 20 at their Corporate Health clinic in Newport News, VA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits including Women's Health, and Occupational Medicine, which includes DOT Physicals, OSHA and fit for duty exams, Worker's Comp injury evaluation and treatment, return to work visits, documentation, etc. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, and Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty including Occupational Medicine experience to qualify for this assignment. VA DEA and DOT Certification are required.
