Overview:
Our primary care practice in Brooklyn is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to deliver comprehensive primary care services to our local Chinese-speaking community. New graduates or experienced NPs are encouraged to apply for this full-time role within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Pay: starting at $80 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced clinical assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and differential diagnosis for patients across the lifespan
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
• Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions, including follow-up and monitoring
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacotherapy, including adjustments, refills, and medication reconciliation
• Document all patient encounters, assessments, and care plans accurately and timely in the EHR
• Deliver patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory and practice policies

Qualifications:

• Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in New York
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese required
• Prior experience in a primary care office or community health clinic preferred
• Familiarity with population health management, quality metrics, and telehealth platforms preferred
