Overview:
Our established outpatient Family Practice in Van Nuys is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population across the full lifespan. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $80–85 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a continuity panel with full-lifespan outpatient care
• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, annual physicals, well-woman exams, and Pap smears
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, review EKGs, and evaluate diagnostic studies
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Support the overall clinical needs of the practice

Qualifications:

• Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in California
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience required
• Family Practice experience preferred
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide care to patients across the full lifespan
