Job Description
Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for October 15 & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Butler, IN. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals (including well woman care), and Occupational Medicine (drug testing, evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries). Hours are Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm and Monday 8:00am-6:00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification is required for this assignment.
