Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for November 3, 5, & 6 and December 23 & 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Toms River, NJ. Provider will see ages 4 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including well woman care. Hours are Tuesday 10:30am-7:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
