Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from October 22-January 15 at their Corporate Health clinic in Indianapolis, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm and Tuesday & Friday 6:30am-3:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Dates needed are October 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, & 30, November 10, 11, 13, 17, 19, & 24, December 3, 4, 10, 17, 18, & 31, & January 15.
