Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 28, 29, 30, & 31 at their Corporate Health center in Gypsum, CO. Clinic sees ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Clinic hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm, and Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
