Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting December 14-February 5 at their Corporate Health clinic in Shelbyville, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits including women's health, and Occupational Medicine including Worker's Comp injury evaluation, treatment, and follow-up. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Staffing level is 1 NP, 2 MAs, 1 Health Coach, & 1 Behavioral Health Specialist. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. IN DEA is required; Occupational Medicine, Worker's Comp, & Women's Health experience is preferred.
