Job Title: Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: $65–70 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
Our Miami practice is seeking a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). You will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and physical exams, including health histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order, interpret, and act on diagnostic and laboratory tests
• Provide preventive care, wellness exams, and patient and family education on disease prevention and chronic disease management
• Document accurately and on time in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support outcomes and continuity of care
• Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow practice protocols

Qualifications:

• Active, current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensure in Florida
• Minimum 3 years of FNP experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Own malpractice insurance coverage
• Experience in an urban or community-based setting (preferred)
