Primary Care APP (NP/PA): Orangeburg, South Carolina (SC) Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Primary Care APP (NP/PA) to work locum shifts in Orangeburg, South Carolina (SC). Starting November 16, the role offers defined coverage through February 26 with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Details:

• Coverage dates: 11/16-2/26
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM at a secondary location approximately 6 miles away
• Call: No
• Setting: An onsite employee health and wellness clinic serving employees and eligible family members
• Volume: 2-3 patients per hour
• Population: Single-provider clinic serving patients age 17+
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Orientation: Four days of onsite training/orientation prior to the first shift when possible; phone interview typically required before confirmation
• Additional: Women's Health, Occupational Medicine, Workers' Compensation, DOT physicals, and DEA registration are not required for this assignment

Requirements:

• South Carolina license
• BLS and/or ACLS
• 2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
• Experience with primary care and chronic disease management
• Must be comfortable working autonomously in a single-provider clinic
• Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine is a plus
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus
