Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting November 30-February 26 at their Corporate Health center in Commerce City, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including Women's Health. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Staffing level is 1 provider and 1 Medical Assistant. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DEA and Women's Health experience preferred.
