Job Description
Locums opportunity to join a growing private practice group with Primary Care clinic in NW Phoenix, AZ - Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Board Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Start ASAP and will be ongoing until perm is hired
- Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - no call or weekends, no hospital responsibilities
- Must have a very strong background in outpatient family practice and able to work autonomously
- Must be comfortable and experienced in a Value Based Care Model
- 17-21 patients per day ramp up
- Commercial insurance patient population only
- Spanish preferred but not required
- Full support staff on site
- EMR used is eClinicalWorks
- Generous hourly rate with malpractice included
