Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting November 16-December 18 at its Corporate Health clinic in New York, NY. Provider will see adults for acute episodic issues, physicals, and wellness visits. Duties will include performing physical examinations and preventive health measures (including well woman visits), ordering and interpreting diagnostic exams, & referring patients for specialized care as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified with 2+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care, Occupational Health, Family Practice, or Emergency Department setting to qualify for this assignment, including experience with Women's Health exams. Epic EMR experience is preferred; DEA is required for this assignment. There is no support staff at this clinic location; provider must feel comfortable working independently.
