Job Description

The Opportunity
-Permanent position
-Assesses the physical needs of the patient and implement a plan of care through diagnostic, preventative and therapeutic services responsive to the diverse needs of families and the community.

-Master's degree in Nursing preferably with an emphasis as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Public Health Nurse Practitioner required.
-Must have at least 3-5 years previous Public Health, Community Health or primary health care experience.
