Requirements: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS, ATLS
Description: Services to be performed in the Emergency room and Urgent Care. As a FNP/PA you can expect to perform duties alongside Emergency Medicine Physicians to address patient overflow. The Emergency Department and the Urgent Care department care for approximately 30,000 patients per year. The Emergency Department consists of nine (9) beds and emergency care services are provided on a 24-hour basis for adults, adolescent children and infants. The Urgent Care consists of 6 beds and is staffed by mid-level providers (physicians assistants or nurse practitioners) who see patients that present for acute care and who have been triaged as lower acuity. Comfortable seeing 20-30 patients per day.
Schedule/Call: 12 hours per shift, 7 days per week, Monday to Sunday including holidays
Licensure: Any state license
