SPECIALTY: Nurse Practitioner
LOCATIONS: Wisconsin
JOB TYPE: Locum Tenens
JOB NUMBERS: 40912 Milwaukee, 40913 Fond du Lac

DESCRIPTION: We are looking for two Nurse Practitioners to provide primary care/urgent care to adolescent and adult patients in an outpatient setting. These facilities are in Milwaukee and Fond du Lac. Preference will be given to local candidates.
Dates Needed

  • Fond du Lac: 02/04/2019-05/03/2019
  • Milwaukee: ASAP-06/07/2019
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Patients: Adolescent and Adult

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Wisconsin License
  • DEA
  • BLS
