Start: 5/1/2019 with 3 month commitment

100% Office, 74% Adult/ 25% Peds/ 1% Trauma

M/W/Th/F 6:45am to 5pm

14-18 Pts/Day

10 exam rooms

No supervision required!!

Nearest Hospital is 17mi away

REQUIREMENTS:

OR License

DEA

BLS
