DESCRIPTION: This practice is Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care. Provider will treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
• Dates Needed: 03/01/19-03/29/09
• Clinic Hours: 7am-8:30pm
• Shifts: M-F, 8-hour Shifts will vary within hours of operation
• Note: We can bill for travel/lodging, but client consideration will favor local providers or providers with the least travel expenses.

REQUIREMENTS:
• California License
• DEA
• BLS
• DOT Certification
