We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in occupational medicine and primary/urgent care to provide PRN coverage in Spanish Fork, UT. Provider will see employees and their dependents at this location, age range infant to adult. Strong preference will be given to local candidates for this position.
• Dates: July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 27, 28, 29, 2021
• Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm - 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Primary Care - all ages
REQUIREMENTS:
• Utah License
• DEA
• BLS
