Primary Care Physician Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Details:

• Avarage of 10-15 patients per day, ages 2 and up
• Suturing preferred, but not required
• Mostly acute care
• Privileges can be obtained in 2-3 weeks. 5-day paid orientation is required

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana State Medical License
• Active Indiana State DEA
• 2 years of outpatient experience
