Job Description

Needs: Mid-Level Provider

  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Board Certified
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Hospital employed

Typical Schedule:

Full Time position - 40 hours per week

Four day/week schedule may be possible

Clinic hours 8 – 4:30, M-F

Call Structure - No call at this time

Volume:

20 – 25 office patients per typical day

Compensation / Benefits:

  • Employee of Hospital: Base around $90,000 +generous incentive program, we do utilize MGMA for comparison
  • Malpractice Insurance ($1/3 Mil)
  • Tail Coverage
  • Vacation/CME: 5 weeks (around)
  • CME Reimbursement: $2,500 (around)
  • 401K – eligible after 12 month of service – Matching plan
  • Health Insurance – 3 different options to choice from (vision and dental are options)
  • Relocation Allowance: up to $10K
