Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner!

Details:

This position is for a full-time day shift opportunity! It will be a 4-day a week position for a Nurse Practitioner in the Occupational Medicine Department. The NP will be responsible for providing treatment and management of work related injuries and illness through independent and collaborative practice. The NP is responsible for evaluation, treatment, and referral for treatment for acute/chronic medical conditions and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Examiner for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration preferred
  • 2-3 years experience working in a physician practice/clinic
  • Must be currently licensed to practice with prescriptive authority in the State of Vermont. DEA and CPR Certification required. Current VT Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner required. MSN Required.
