* Walk into an established practice at a hospital owned family medicine clinic
* 4-day work week with great salary DOE and generous benefit package
* Clinic has two physicians and two mid-level providers
* Some hospital call but nothing intrusive on a great lifestyle
* True family practice -- caring for all ages, newborns to geriatrics
* Located in northwest OR, just outside of the state capital, Salem, and about 2 hours to Portland
