Nurse Practitioner / NP - Primary Care
Thriving not-for-profit community based medical system seeks a Nurse Practitioner/ NP to work in an outpatient clinic in the Bend, OR area!
Position Title: Primary Care
Company:
- Private non-profit community health center that serves the community by offering multiple health services such as medical, dental services for adults/ children, behavioral health, and psychiatric services at multiple locations
- Beautiful federally qualified health center that has been around for over 20 years and is still expanding with new locations every year.
Benefits and Features:
- $95k-115,000/year – depending on experience, sign-on bonus

Your Role with the Company:
- 4 days 10-hour shifts
- Seeing 14-16 patients a day doing follow ups, prescribing and diagnosing patients, going over treatment plans with existing patients, chronic illness management
- Traveling to multiple clinics in the Bend area
Background Profile:
- FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN
- Active OR license is preferred but not needed
