We are looking for an NP/PA to provide three weeks of coverage starting May 22, thru June 12, 2025, Monday thru Thursday, 7am to 4:30m. This is an outpatient Employee Health Clinic - Basic primary care/urgent care/Adults only.

Details - Employee Health Clinic, open Monday thru Thursday each week.

Required Creds

• Active AZ license
• DEA
• Prescriptive Authority in AZ
• Adult ages
• BLS
• Drug screen and Background Check
