Critical Access Hospital is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant to work in an Urgent Care/Primary Care setting in Northeast Indiana! 40 miles from Fort Wayne! Open to New Graduates!
Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to make a big impact in the patient’s lives they serve as well as join a stable and supportive team!

Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time, M-F, 8-5p
- Outpatient setting, seeing patients for urgent care, occupational health and primary care
- NP/PA will be seeing a large Burmese patient population where fluency in the language is essential for face-to-face care
- NP/PA will work autonomously within a supportive team
Background Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Fluent in Burmese
