The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Role:

Stoughton #1

· Duration: ASAP - 12/30/2026

· Need: Full-Time

· Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu (8a-6p), Wed (8a-4p), some Fridays

· Patient Population: Ages 2+ (primarily adults)

· Setting: Primary Care & Occupational Health

· Required Skills: Workers' Comp, Women's Health, etc.

· Staffing Model: 1 Provider + 1 MA

Stoughton #2

· Duration: ASAP - 12/25/2026

· Need: Part-Time

· Schedule: Fridays (8a-12p)

· Patient Population: Ages 2+

· Setting: Primary Care & Occupational Health

· Required Skills: Workers' Comp

· Staffing Model: Provider Only

· Onsite Dispensing: Yes

Requirements of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Role:

· Active Wisconsin NP or PA license

· Primary Care experience

· Occupational Health experience preferred
