Open Shifts: 2/13-16, 2/19-20 Clinic Hours Mon-Fri: M 1p-5p, Tu/W/Th 9a-6p, F 8a-12p
Clinic details: Adult patients only. NP only - MUST confirm that provider has at least 3600 hours of practice in NY to be able to practice autonomously, Mainly primary care/acute care, Providers may be pre-screened by the client, Athena EMR. No DEA req'd.

Primary Care/Acute Care with some Occ Med/Urgent Care - Employee Health
Requirements -
Must have NY license
Must have at least 2 years of experience in NY
