Community Health Associates provides health services for the mental and physical health needs of patients of all ages where they are dedicated to optimum patient care. The city of Yuma is full of things to do with scenic biking and hiking trails among many other great outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking. You won't be bored in the area with the Historic Downtown with quaint shopping and some amazing restaurants. Yuma hosts many great annual events as well including the Colorado River Crossing Balloon Festival and even a Tamale Festival!

Family Nurse Practitioner

-Immediate start upon credentialing needing ongoing coverage

-Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 4-10 Hour Shifts per week

-No call

-Must be able to work independently

- Average Daily Patient Volume: 20-24

-Cases: Thyroid, hypertension, bumps, bruises, flu/cold, diabetes, suture removal and limited suturing; no casting

-Labs and Pharmacy onsite

-Support staff: 1 Medical Assistant

-Must already be licensed in AZ

-Must be credentialed with Banner Health or Arizona Complete Health

-Must have active Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)
