Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Must have at least 2 years of inpatient experience
• Must be okay managing ICU and vent patients - Open ICU – 6 beds with ventilators
• Active North Carolina medical license (or actively applying)
• Must have a positive attitude with a lot of energy and enthusiasm

About position:

• Full Time NP/PA Night time Hospitalist position
• Target start date is June 2, 2020
• Block Schedule 7on/7off
• 12-hour day shifts: 7pm - 7am
• 182 shifts per year total with swapping flexibility (183 days off)
• See an average of 2-6 patient per provider
• No procedures
• Adult medicine only
• Hospitalist and ED respond to codes and PA/NP will assist as well
• EMR – MediTech
• Hospital: 62-bed not-for-profit community hospital located thirty minutes north of the Raleigh-Durham and Chapel Hill areas. They offer a wide range of services to the community with personal inpatient and outpatient healthcare services.

Pay Details:

• Annual Salary: $ $147,000.00 Base Salary

• Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 - paid on the first paycheck
• Relocation assistance: $2,500 - paid on the first paycheck
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance: $2,500 - per year
• Shift Commitment: Total of 182 shifts annually. 14 Shifts per 28-day cycle
