Sumo Medical Staffing is looking for two Family Nurse Practitioners who can provide fulltime coverage for a few months, starting early August. There are two different locations available.

Schedule -
Mon, Wed, Fri, 830am-5pm
Thursday 10am-7pm
Tuesday 830am-130pm or Saturday 7am-12pm
Contract Weeks: 14 (always potential to extend w/ this client)
Guarantee: 40
Spanish Speaking preferred
DOT certified is a plus
EPIC EMR
Ages 2+
Typical visits include well visits and physicals- annual, school and sport, chronic disease management and acute visits.

Monday and Wednesday hours 10am to 7pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 5pm

DOT Certified
BLS Certified
At least 2 years FNP Primary Care experience
Epic EMR experience
Bilingual (a plus)
