Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Mondays & Thursdays from June 22-October 1 at their onsite Corporate Health Clinic in Louisville, KY. Provider will see employees and their dependents ages 2 and up for primary care, acute episodic care, physicals, & chronic disease management. Hours are Monday and Thursday 8:30am-12:00pm. Experience in Urgent Care and/or Occupational Medicine is a plus. This is a single provider clinic, so provider must feel comfortable working independently. Providers must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment.
