Employee Health Clinic, employees and their dependents/Primary Care
2-3 patients per hour
Ages 2+ unless noted differently next to site above
REQUIREMENTS:
Active SC license
Active DEA preferred
BLS or ACLS
2-3 years of experience in clinical setting
