· Shift Times: 24/7 clinic with needs in 2024
· PRN needs - pls call for latest dates and location
· Full office staff
· Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clinics
· Average 20 Patients per day
REQUIRED:
· 1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
· DOT Certification required
· IN State License
· DEA
· BLS
COMPENSATION:
