Hours of clinic
Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays - 8:00a - 6:00p
Wednesdays and Fridays -10:00a - 6:00p
Saturdays - 7:00a - 11:00a.
Clean IN license
2 years or more recent NP experience
Board Certified
Malpractice and Accommodations are provided
Mileage reimbursed
Providers are paid on a weekly basis.
