Location and Dates:
- Fort Morgan, CO – Every Wed (8am-5pm) & Thu (10am-7pm)
- April 28-ongoing
- Will have ongoing future per diem/PRN dates as well!
Job Details:
- Outpatient Corporate health & Wellness Clinic
- Typical cases: Wellness/prevention, acute care, primary care
- Ages seen: Ages 2+
- Patients per day: 15-25
- Require: CO license, BLS, 2 years’ experience in primary care
