LOCATION: SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN THE MILWAUKEE, WI AREA * *

DESCRIPTION:
· Shift Times: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, less a one-hour unpaid lunch
· Full office staff
· 20-25 Patients per day
· DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries
· Open Locations - Call for latest PRN needs for the possible locations below:
Milwaukee, WI
Appleton, WI
Brookfield, WI
Waukesha, WI
Madison, WI
Green Bay, WI
REQUIRED:
· 1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
· WI State License
· DEA
· BLS
· DOT
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
