Occupational Health/Urgent Care in Arizona

Start ASAP thru end of December
Monday – Thursday 8a-5p

Will see minimum of 3 patients per hour

DOT certification required and office procedures to include suturing and I&D’s

2 years’ experience Required

Can credential in a week

REQUIREMENTS:

AZ State License

DEA

BLS

DOT Certification
