Needs go quick! NP/Primary Care Locum in Leesburg, Florida (FL)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced NP/Primary Care Locum to work in Leesburg, Florida, as soon as credentialed.

The role of NP/Primary Care:

• Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
• Clinic staffing model: one MA and onsite PT.
• Census: Ages 2 and up. Average 2-3, patients per hour.
• EMR: Athena

Schedule:

9/2-10/31. Mon, Tues and Fridays 7a to 4p (minus unpaid lunch)

9/3-10/31. Wed, Thursdays 8a to 5p (minus unpaid lunch)

Requirements of NP/Primary Care Locum:

• State license; active, unrestricted.
• 2-3 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
• Board certified - FNP, BLS or ACLS.
• Shadow: 2-4 hours prior to the first day. 8a-12p or 1-5p.
• DOT Certification & Occupational Med experience
• Covid Vaccinated ** ask if not.
• Autonomous: preferred (those who don’t need a CP have 3K hours in FL on License)
