DESCRIPTION:
· Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family
· 10-15 patients per day, Ages 2+
· Must be comfortable working independently in case MA is out
· Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care
REQUIRED:
· AR state license; active, unrestricted
· DEA
· BLS
· Board Certified
· COVID Vaccine (religions or health exemptions allowed)
· Minimum of 3 years of outpatient, clinical experience in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE / OPEN NEEDS:
· 5/9 7:30a-4:30p, 5/10 6a-3p
