A great group in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago near Rockford is seeking a Family Practice NP/PA to join their team. NP/PA must have or obtain a MAT waiver. You will see all ages including Women's wellness and Pediatrics; about 23 patients per day. The schedule is M 9-7p, T 8-6p, Wed 8-6p, Thu 8-6p, Fri 8-1p.
