Job Description
Community Health Center is in need of a Family Practice experienced Nurse Practitioner. Provider will work four ten hour shifts Tuesday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm. Patient population is all ages and patient volume range is 14-20 per shift. Community Health experience is preferred.
