LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR
JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract
JOB NUMBER: 44469
Schedule: PRN needs from ASAP - 5/20/24 that most likely be on Mon, Tue or Thurs. Specific dates o be discussed with site upon confirmation.
Shift Times: 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunch
DESCRIPTION:
Ages 2+
EPIC experience helpful
Minimum of 1 year experience
Providing a wide range of primary care and health and wellness services including treatment for illnesses and injuries, exams, labs, immunization, health education, and other services.
REQUIRED:
· OR license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· DEA Required
· Certifications- BLS
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
